Yoga Classes

Join me for regular yoga practice in group sessions or private 1-1. A 60 minute practice involves Breath (Pranayama), Body (Asana/Poses) and Mind (Meditation). Classes are for any one, at any level. Even if you are a complete beginner, modifications will be offered as you practice each pose. Mats, Blocks and Yoga straps are provided, but you can bring your own mat if you wish.

Children’s Session

Allow me to help your child cultivate a calm mind, improve concentration and to be freely creative in this 45 minute practice. Teaching yoga poses with games, songs, stories, playful activities, which will help children to feel calmer and happier.

Pool Yoga

A form of yoga that is done in the pool. Super low impact and will improve strength and flexibility. The buoyant effect of the water takes the pressure off a persons weight and is excellent for focus and concentration. Pool noodles are provided as an aid in some asanas (poses).

  • Lastly, as part of a regular exercise regimen, yoga can help you lose weight, alongside a healthy eating habit.
  • If you haven’t got a mat, not problem, you will have access to all the equipment you need to so there is no excuse not to start.
